Field organizer

About This Job:

A Social Development and Human Advancement Institute aimed at establishing a unit to ensure placement of job after completion of training as well as overseeing the work in the field where the service providers are employed at various levels.

The Institute is going to employ a Field Organizer who will be responsible for field management, ensure client services, regular communication with Service Seekers and Service Providers.

Under the guidance of Program Coordinator, Field Organizer will perform the following duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support to community mobilization organization in planning and organizing outreach activities such as campaigns, public events, community meetings. 
  2. Coordinate and develop planning for refresher training   
  3. Plan and make field visits at house and institution level to provide professional support to service providers as well as address issues raised by service seekers. 
  4. Assess performance of service providers in work setting
  5. Initiate orientation for learners and selection for training programs 
  6. Appointment setting with existing service seekers in regular basis 
  7. Collect list of potential service seekers from supervisor and collect their needs from the field according to package of services.
  8. Find and list potential seekers for different industries. 
  9. Prepare invoice of salary and assist finance section to collect payments from service seekers 
  10.  Prepare written document about the activities of job placement. 
  11. Coordinate and develop planning for refresher training   
  12. Undertake tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification  

Education: 

Minimum graduate in social science, management, business or any relevant areas. 

Others:

  1. Prior experience in field work as an organizer, or relevant work.
  2. Excellent inter-personal communication and people skills.
  3. Must know how to communicate with client and manage field. 
  4. Good knowledge of computer program operations (MS Office, especially Excel and Word, Internet, Google and Online searching).  
  5. Customer service orientation.
  6. Good writing and speaking skills both in Bangla and English.
  7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  8. Problem-solving skills.

Age: Between 25 to 35 

Duration of service:  2 years with 3 months’ probation period.

Salary: Negotiable
